DESCRIPTION |

| FOAC | This course is designed for Senior BFP officers with the rank of SR INSP to CINSP. Its focus is on the administration and management concepts, theories and practices as they apply to public safety services. Participants must have satisfactorily completed the PSOBC. The duration of this course is 640 hours or 4 months. |
| FOBC | This course is designed for Junior BFP officers with the rank of INSP to SR INSP, for them to acquire essential knowledge and skills needed in discharging their responsibilities as management staff officers. The duration of this course is 480 hours or 3 months. |
| FOCC | This course is designed for Senior Public Safety non-officers, with the rank of SFO4, to enhance their leadership potentials and sense of responsibility and to qualify them for officership. The duration of this course is 960 hours or 6 months. |
| FPSC | The course is designed for BFP Non-commissioned Officers, with the rank of FO3 to SFO4, who are earmarked for supervisory positions in the fire service by equipping them with better understanding of personnel supervision, skills and principles of leadership and the levels and scope of supervisory functions in the organization. Participants must have satisfactorily completed FAIIC. The duration of this course is 320 hours or 2 months. |
| FAIIC | This course is intended to provide the participants with the working knowledge and skills relative to fire cause determination and building inspection in general. Participants must have satisfactorily completed PSBRC. The duration of this course is 480 hours or 3 months. |
| FBRC | This course is designed to provide BFP recruits with the basic knowledge and skills necessary in achieving the minimum standards of personnel competence, as well as instill in them positive and ethical attitude towards the service. The duration of this course is 640 hours or 4 months. |
