FNTI LOGOGRAM  

The name Fire National Training Institute as depicted in a circle line and intertwined denotes unity and cohesiveness on the part of the Institute.

At the center is the traditional emblem of the Fire Service known as "Malta Cross" of each side having a picture of equipment design for firefighting. Together, the four (4) side describes the main objectives of the Fire Service: to prevent, confine and extinguish the fire, as well as to save and rescue lives and properties.

The laurel leaves are the tradional symbol for excellence and integrity.

The triangulated colors red, white and blue are taken from the field of honor of the Philippine National Flag: white for purity, blue for freedom and red for courage.

The three stars represent the three (3) major territorial subdivisions of the country: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Superimposed in it is the figure of Lapu-Lapu, the hero of Mactan, depicting the unquenchable courage of the Filipino - who stands ever ready to protect and safeguard his people.
