VISION

The Philippine Public Safety College envisions the development of academic and training programs to provide a culture of Humanitarianism, Professionalism and Responsiveness in the delivery of public safety services.

MISSION

The Philippine Public Safety College shall provide comprehensive education and training for all uniformed personnel of the Philippine National Police, the Bureau of Fire Protection and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology. It shall be guided by the general framework of good governance, firmly anchored on transparency and accountability.

FRONTLINE SERVICES

Pursuant to Section 66 of Republic Act 6975, otherwise known as the "Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Act of 1990" the Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC) is mandated to serve as the premier educational institution for the training, human resource development and continuing education of all personnel of the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).
