Prospective bidders should have at least of ten years experience in the development and production of instructional video; has at least ten years experience in the preparation of instructional manual and materials; has proven capacity in the development and production of multi-media materials for advocacy, trainings and capability building programs; has at least ten years experience in working with government, NGOs and international organizations; has portfolio of produced IEC materials on criminal justice system and rule of law; has thorough knowledge of Philippine Justice System, Human Rights and Women and Children’s Rights; has core of IEC experts who had been involved in working with Municipal Clerks of Court/Municipal Court Information Officers, Lawyers and advocates of Human Rights with particular focus to women and children.
A letter of intent addressed to the president, PPSC through the BAC is to be submitted to the office of the Chief, Center for Special Public Safety Service together with the accomplished forms. All particulars relative to the eligibility process, bidding, evaluation of bids and awards of contracts and other related matters shall be governed by the IRR of R.A. 9184 and other applicable rules and regulations.
The PPSC reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, or declare the bidding a failure, or not award the contract, and makes no assurance that contract shall be entered into as result of this invitation.
