The Philippine Public Safety College is the training and educatonal institution for the police, fire and jail services. The logogram speaks for itself, with the symbols of the tri-services of the DILG incorporated herein.

The torch of enlightenment and book of knowledge are symbols of education and training, encased within an equilateral triangle the equal sides of which symbolize equal opportunities for members of the police, fire and jail services to attend public safety education and training programs;
The logograms of the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) are depicted considering that they are the client groups of the PPSC;
The PPSC System core values of Honesty, Professionalism and Responsiveness are encased above the laurel leaves;
The three (3) stars symbolize the three major islands - Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao;
The laurel leaves symbolize achievements of the PPSC Education and Training System and 1993 signifies its full operationalization;
The blue, white and red spheres represent the colors of the Flag, symbolizing sense of nationalism, respect to duly constituted authorities and the constitution;
The name of the institution - PHILIPPINE PUBLIC SAFETY COLLEGE - is indicated in the outer circle, top portion.
